This is our 2016 video of the spring field work we do to prep for planting. We first spray herbicides on the fields, and then work the ground. Although the majority of our fields are typically no-till, we were forced to work more of it this year to help dry up the soil, due the extreme amount of rain we got while planting. On a normal year and for the most part, we only will fill in the washes from erosion and work up the spots compacted from harvest. Shown in the video are a John Deere 8335R pulling a 2310 mulch finisher, and a R4038 sprayer.
